Little Carrot - Return and Exchange Policy
At Little Carrot, we are committed to providing premium quality kids' wear and a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. To assist you in such cases, we have outlined our Return and Exchange policy below:
1. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date at your address. Any request made after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Return Fee: A return shipping fee of INR 100/- is applicable on all return orders. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

Store Credit Process: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check (QC). If approved, the refund amount (after deducting the return fee) will be issued as store credit only. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Rejection: If the product is found to be damaged, used, washed, or missing any part upon inspection at our warehouse, the return request will be rejected and no store credit will be issued.
2. Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer free exchanges if you need a different size, color, or style.

Exchange Window: All exchange requests must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Free of Cost: Exchanges are free of charge, and no additional fees will be applied.

Condition for Exchanges: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered — unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
3. Important Guidelines for Return/Exchange Requests

Video Proof: To support any claims of receiving a damaged product, customers are strongly advised to record a video while unboxing the product. This video will serve as proof in case of disputes.

Initiating a Request: To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges section on our website or contact our customer support within the stipulated 7-day window. Please ensure that the item meets the return/exchange criteria before sending it back.
4. Additional Notes

No Returns or Exchanges: Items on sale, custom orders, and accessories like socks, innerwear, or any personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Processing Timeline: From the time the return package is picked up, it may take up to 14 business days for the item to reach our warehouse, undergo QC, and for store credits to be issued.
